However, additional repair costs may apply in the following situations: Within the warranty period, the free repair and replacement service only applies to problems caused by material or processing defects under normal use. The shipping costs during the warranty period will be paid by each party for one round trip. If the product is damaged due to human error and can be repaired, repair fees will be charged based on the extent of the damage. If the product cannot be repaired, the product will be returned to the customer. If the product has been opened, or if the original serial number, stickers, or aluminum labels have been tampered with or removed, the warranty will be void. If the product exceeds the warranty period, the full round-trip shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
